Intended for residential calling only (direct dialed conversations or voice mail messages). Chat lines, data, fax, commercial use, Internet access and/or long distance calls made using call forwarding and three-way calling features are prohibited. ACN, Inc. reserves the right to terminate enrollment in this plan. Excludes calls terminating in the 218 area code, chat lines, overseas calls terminating on a wireless phone and certain call types such as private, military, non-geographic and premium numbers. Once we received your order, the process to install your service begins. See the entire process here:

Site Survey
In order to properly configure our equipment, we need to understand your network setup, including the settings (e.g. DHCP or Static IP), hardware (switches routers, firewalls) and the type of internet connection you have. In some cases, we may recommend that you upgrade your internet service or network equipment. Your network administrator is the best person to complete the Site Survey. to validate that your network is "VoIP ready." If you do not have a network administrator and need assistance completing this form, please call 1-866-643-0010 (Option 3).
 
DigitalTalk® requires a quality broadband connection with sufficient UPLOAD bandwidth. In most cases bandwidth providers promote the faster download speed, the upload speed is usually less. As an example service sold as 3M means 3M down; the upload speed might be less than 1M depending on provider. The quality test will test your upload connection including speed and other parameters to ensure it is sufficient. Check with your account manager if you have any questions about the bandwidth product you have. If you are ordering a new bandwidth product please involve our account managers in the ordering process.

Local Number Portability (LNP)
LNP allows you to move your existing phone numbers to our network once the phones are up and running. Please complete the Letter of Agency (LOA) authorizing ACN DigitalTalk® to move the number. It takes one to two weeks to move numbers, but during that time, you can request temporary numbers that we will issue to call forward the calls. When the cut over takes place, it will be transparent. It is your responsibility to cancel your old telephone service after the numbers are moved to our network.

Call Handling
Our Implementation Team will ask you to provide a list of employee names and existing extensions as well as a description of your current call behaviors. They will use this information to pre-configure your phones, auto-attendants and line appearances in preparation for equipment installation.

Equipment Delivery
ACN DigitalTalk® will ship your equipment directly to your location upon completion of the LOA and Site Survey.

Installation lantern
When you receive your equipment, ACN DigitalTalk® will schedule a turn up time and date. If a professional installation was purchased, we will also schedule a technician to install your system.

Fine Tuning and Training
Once your phones are up and running, you can schedule an appointment for a DigitalTalk® Implementation Manager to work with you to tweak your call flow. One or more of your staff should be trained to administer the system via webinar. You may also have your employees attend a webinar for end-user training that covers setting up voicemail and using advanced features.
